# Rules Regarding Towny

## Limit of using 1 alt account to claim a second town for yourself

## Alt Limit

Alts are allowed. There is no set limit on the number of alts within a town, just keep it within reason. Staff Reserve the right to ask you to remove some alts from your town if they see fit.

## Looting unclaimed base or ruined towns is allowed, make sure you keep your stuff claimed and your town balance positive

## No territorial claiming (claiming nearby another town and making a line to their town and/or surrounding them)

## No building/claiming within 3 chunks of another town without their permission
